Privacy policy

Last updated 30 October 2026. This policy covers this website, iprocess.ai. Each of our apps has its own privacy notice, which explains exactly what that app does with data.

Who is responsible

iProcess s. r. o., Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, IČO 57 841 683, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to geoff@iprocess.ai about anything in this policy.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, has no forms, and serves its fonts and files itself, so visiting it sends nothing to Google or other third parties.

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and technical request details (such as the page asked for, the time and your browser type) to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. This is in our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you book a call

The "Book a call" and introduction buttons take you to Calendly, a scheduling service run by Calendly LLC in the United States under its own privacy terms. If you book, we receive the name, email address and answers you give there, and use them only to arrange and hold the conversation and any follow-up you ask for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep them for as long as that conversation or any resulting work lasts, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

When you email us

We use your message and address to reply. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the matter it concerns and to meet legal record-keeping duties.

Links to other sites

Links to LinkedIn, Rodller and Calendly take you to sites with their own privacy terms. Nothing is shared with them before you click.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to geoff@iprocess.ai; we answer within one month.

You may also complain to the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
